On 13^th December, 2021, the Birth Anniversary of Late Shri Manohar Parrikar, Former Chief Minister of Goa and Defence Minister of India, Hon’ble Governor of Goa, Shri P.S. Sreedharan Pillai paid homage to the great leader at his Samadhi at Miramar. Hon’ble Governor placed a floral wreath and offered flowers and spent few minutes of silence at the Samadhi. Present on the occasion was the son Shri Utpal Parrikar and other government officials. Secretary to the Governor Shri R. Mihir Vardhan accompanied the Hon’ble Governor.
