Vegetable Kitchen Garden
Hon’ble Governor Dr.(Smt.) Mridula Sinha has shown keen interest in the cultivation of different vegetables in the Raj Bhavan campus, which will serve as a model and encouragement for others to follow. At her personal initiative, a new plot has been developed for kitchen garden and it is her desire that the Raj Bhavan should get the required vegetables from the campus itself, as far as possible, instead of buying from market.
Different types of vegetables like brinjal, red amaralthus, cucumber, ridge guard, bottle gourd, chilly, tomato, etc. are grown in Raj Bhavan estate.
