The Raj Bhavan estate consists of several fruit-bearing trees as such Mango,Jackfruit,Cashew, Chickoo, Banana, Roseapple, Kokum, Tamarind, etc.. There are mango trees of various varieties, including the famous Goan variety “Mancurad”. The other varieties include Alfonso, Malgesh, Neelam, Totapuri, Pairi, Amarapali, Neelam, etc.
