MESSAGE
On the occasion of Dussehra Vijayadashami, on 5th October, 2022, I extend my hearty salutations and warm wishes to the people of Goa.
2. Dussehra Vijayadashami, is the conclusion of 9 days celebration of the Navratri festival. Though each region has a different spiritual connotation of this festival the underlying spirit of victory of the good over evil remains the same. The celebration of such festivals has played a remarkable role to integrate the people and maintain the unity and integrity of the country. Today when the world in torn by the evils of intolerance, hatred and violence let us renew our commitment to the great values of tolerance, brotherhood and peace.
3. May the celebration of Dussehra this year bring greater peace, joy and prosperity to the people of Goa.
