MESSAGE
On the joyous occasion of Easter on 17th April, 2022, I extend my heartiest greetings and warm wishes to the people of Goa, particularly the Christian brethren.
On this holy day, Jesus Christ the Apostle of Peace rose from the dead on the third day after his crucifixion. The message of Easter is the message of Life and Hope for all mankind. Jesus Christ taught us to love God and love our fellow human beings. He led by example and for all humanity his teachings are just as relevant now as they were in his life time. This festival gives us the valuable message of brotherhood, love, compassion and forgiveness. Let us practice the ideals of the Lord so as to make the world a better place to live in.
This Easter while rejoicing the resurrection of Jesus Christ, let us all adhere to safety protocols. May the celebration of Easter this year bring greater peace and happiness to one and all.
